Petaluma Panthers Football and Cheer 2026

Welcome to Petaluma Panther Registration!

The uniform policy, player numbers will be assigned at weigh-ins on a first come-first serve basis for all new players. In order to receive a player number, online registration and all forms must be complete. The Medical Clearance form will be an exception for the issuance of the player number but must be turned in ASAP and is required by the NBYFC prior to participation. The uniform fee is non-refundable and must be paid during the registration process. Second, registration will be closing earlier this year in order to ensure that the uniforms are available prior to the first game. Cheer is required to purchase cheer briefs and two bows; we have a cheer warmup jacket & pants to the purchase this season that is required by all as part of the uniform that each cheerleader will keep. And plan to use each season going forward.

Signups starting on March 15th will receive a $50.00 discount. As of April 16th, the price to register will no longer include a $50.00 discount. Both Football and Cheer registration will remain the same as of April 16st open until the end of July or until teams fill up. Our Season and first day of practice will be July 27th, 2026.

Steps to complete registration:

1. Register Online

The 2026 Registration fee for both football & cheer is $350 for all athletes. Discounts are applied in the system at registration, for early March/Mid April (-$50) and Sibling discounts as the system recognizes users (-$50) - you must request a discount code for Military as proof needs to be provided, this is not an auto applied discount.

A fundraising fee of $100 will also be applied to your fees. You will be given (5) $20 raffle tickets. You can either sell the tickets to make your ($100) money back or you can keep them and enter them into our Petaluma Panther Raffle yourself. Tickets will be sent home with your child on week two or three of practice no later then (8/17/26). To enter them into the raffle you will need to turn all tickets in prior to the final practice in the month of August (8/28/26) we will be pulling the drawing and announcing our two winners at the first Panther official season home game.

Second Prize $500

$250.00 Refundable Volunteer FEE will be collected at the start of the season included in your fees, this will also be considered your Equipment Return Fee Once your volunteer hours are completed by the end of the season and all gear and uniforms returned you will receive a refund in the same form of payment paid at the END of the season (Only online payments will be accepted for the 2026 season. NO CASH OR CHECKS.)

Additionally, all unpaid balances due must be paid prior to the season start to insure your players roster position. YOUR ATHLETE WILL NEED THEIR MEDICAL CLEARANCE BY JULY 27th TO START THE FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

All Registrations and Fees are to be paid in full before the start of the 2026 season to be considered Active and Ready to play status.

In-person Paperwork Drop Off:

We will be conducting several in-person dates prior to the first day of practice. The goal here is to limit the delays and disruptions on the first day and week of practice. So please make sure you attend one of our upcoming events.

Multiple Family: Discount will automatically be applied at check out. 
Military Discount. Please email [email protected] for your coupon code prior to registration and bring your Military ID to the walk-in registration proof is required.
Scholarships: Available for those who qualify under the Scholarship information & requirements tab on our website, limit available.
